Shipping policy

At RAW by RAW, we offer shipping across Australia and to eligible international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Australian shipping

All orders are dispatched from Glenhuntly, Victoria, Australia.

Our current domestic shipping rates are:

Standard shipping (0–5 kg)	A$10
Heavy goods shipping (5–20 kg)	A$20
Free shipping on eligible orders of A$100 or more	Free

International shipping

RAW by RAW ships internationally to eligible destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and available shipping options.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Duties and import taxes

International duties and import taxes are not currently collected by RAW by RAW at checkout.

Depending on your destination country, additional charges may be payable before or upon delivery.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RAW by RAW is unable to refund duties or import taxes paid on international orders that are subsequently returned.
